Real estate management solution based on SharePoint Server 2013

Intranet based on SharePoint Server 2013 was implemented for a real estate management company.

50 users are using the implemented intranet daily for document generation, registration and management, as a central repository for any customer related information.

Advanced workflows are implemented for customer debt control and management, agreement control, invoice approval, internal purchasing and procurement, internal HR functions such as vacation requests and approvals, annual employee evaluations and appraisals, shared calendars.

The solution is integrated with accounting software to enable real estate managers to get all information about leases including debts, payments, invoices in one customer lease dashboard. Employees can submit invoices for approval and approved invoices are sent to the accounting system automatically.
